WFH makes staff work longer, more productively: Atlassian

Atlassian has declared that its company-defining bet on working from home has prompted its staff to work longer and more productively as Canva opens new offices “at great speed” without forcing staff to attend them.

The moves show Australia’s two largest technology companies are bucking the trend of office attendance mandates that other executives see as essential for spontaneity, collegiality and avoiding staff being replaced by AI.
