Trellis Data Group, a start-up deploying AI to deliver speech-to-text, computer vision and secure chat to clients like DP World and Indonesia’s police, has hired Bell Potter to shop a convertible notes raise with a circa $100 million valuation cap.

A presentation in front of potential investors, seen by Street Talk, said Trellis is seeking $10 million – with room to go up to $15 million – to get in shape for a float, including fast-tracking sales and marketing and beefing up its leadership.
