Super Retail legal action expands to at least four staff

Lawyers representing several senior female employees at Super Retail Group who are seeking compensation over alleged governance breaches – including a secret romance between its CEO and another executive – say more staff have come forward to join the action.

Harmers Workplace Lawyers confirmed it had been acting for four Super Retail staff but it has been approached by a number of “current and ex-employees with similar concerns” since Friday’s disclosure by the company, Harmers said in a statement on Monday.
