    The announcement on Tuesday that King Charles, 75, has an unnamed cancer has set professional medical chat groups alive with speculation.

    Buckingham Palace said the cancer was discovered during his recent treatment for an enlarged prostate. It was a “separate issue” and not prostate cancer.
