Affinity Equity Partner’s Nick Speer and wife Camilla have sold their Portsea clifftop mansion, Rovina, for about $25 million to Toorak-based philanthropist Dr Sophie Oh, wife of tech entrepreneur Grant Rule. Mr Rule co-founded appointment and password reminder technology company MessageMedia, which was sold for $1.7 billion in 2021.

The Portsea purchase adds the couple’s grand Toorak base, Blair House, which they purchased for $74.5 million in 2022 – Melbourne’s second-highest price ever paid behind Ed Craven’s $80 million buy down the road.
