    Workplace mandates will soon start to bite, pushing people to spend more time in the office and injecting much-needed demand for space into the battered sector, according to Charter Hall chief executive David Harrison.

    “There’s been a lot of noise around work from home and the future of office,” Mr Harrison said during the ASX-listed company’s 2024 interim earnings call.
