‘Get out now’, Wong tells those wishing to leave Israel

The Albanese government is working with Egypt and Israel to try to secure the passage out of Gaza of at least 19 Australian citizens, amid an escalating bombing campaign by the Israel Defence Forces and an imminent ground invasion.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Foreign Minster Penny Wong divulged the details on Friday as they also announced there would be four evacuation flights from Israel from Friday onwards.
