Tabcorp has secured the support of Laundy Hotels, one of the biggest pub operators in the country, in its ongoing feud with Entain, signing a deal with the Laundy family to keep its rival online bookmaking giant out of their venues.

In return, the ASX-listed wagering group will upgrade its betting terminals and TAB TV screens in the Laundy Hotels portfolio. While Tabcorp holds the lucrative NSW licence that makes it the exclusive operator of wagering services inside pubs, Entain and other bookmakers are increasingly promoting online betting in hotels.
