Anglo American shapes up for $64b fight with BHP
Anglo American has pulled out a takeover defence with the works. Now, it has to convince shareholders not to side with BHP.

Just as BHP chief executive Mike Henry has started turning the screws on London’s Anglo American, his prey has hit back with a dramatic cocktail of divestments and restructuring dubbed “the most radical changes to Anglo American in decades”.
