    The Albanese government’s right to disconnect protections will be difficult to navigate for companies working across multiple time zones, and its labour hire laws sap productivity, Woodside’s human resources head Julie Fallon has warned.

    “If sending someone emails out of their working hours isn’t allowed, then that would be a real challenge,” Ms Fallon said.
