    Former ABC boss Michelle Guthrie has been unseated as the chairman of video game developer Mighty Kingdom after a successful campaign by a major shareholder who is on the hook for $2 million.

    Adelaide-based businessman Shane Yeend and Mighty Kingdom’s board are fighting for control of the ASX-listed company, following a disastrous few years in which its market capitalisation fell from $45 million to $4 million.
