    It's down to the short strokes in the $2 billion-plus auction for the right to run NSW's land titling and registry business, Land and Property Information (LPI).

    After years of talk and months of intense diligence, Street Talk can reveal that registry-hopefuls have been told to have their binding and compliant offers into the state's advisers on March 30.
