Indochine Mining lines up $6m raising

Indochine Mining is seeking to raise about $6 million in a deal said to be supported by two of the junior miner’s substantial shareholders, BlackRock Investment Management and Capital Group.
The shares in the placement are being offered at a premium to the last close of 6¢.
