ImpediMed eyes $13.7m raising

Medical devices company ImpediMed is seeking to raise $13.7 million in an entitlement offer through Wilson HTM and RBS Morgans.
The one-for-four non-renounceable rights issue was being done at 35¢ a share, which was an 18.6 per cent discount to the stock’s close on Monday.
