FNZ gets Grant Thornton backing for GBST bid
It's been a quiet few weeks at GBST on the takeover front, however the company finally has some news for shareholders.
It is understood independent expert Grant Thornton has finished its review of FNZ's offer and decided it was "fair and reasonable".
