    Emeco readies cash call for acquisition, Goldman on ticket

    Mining plant and equipment provider Emeco Holdings is expected to be in the market this week, seeking fresh funds for an acquisition.

    Investors told this column the Ian Testrow-led company was preparing to launch an equity raising, to be handled by investment bank Goldman Sachs. The cash call would accompany the announcement of an earnings-accretive acquisition, subject to market conditions.
