    Australia's QIC Ltd isn't the only dog in the fight at listed contracted power company Pacific Energy.

    Street Talk can reveal Canadian pension fund investor OPTrust, which has about $20 billion in assets, has also had a management presentation and due diligence, and has lobbed a bid for the company.
