    Material solutions business Matrix Composites and Engineering is raising $6 million to fund subsea buoyancy project opportunities.

    The company, which specialises in the design, engineering and manufacture of composite and advanced material technology solutions for the civil and infrastructure, resources, oil and gas, defence and transportation industries, has appointed Argonaut and Bell Potter as joint lead managers.
