    Bailador’s SiteMinder stake value jumps 21 per cent to almost $100m

    Local listed technology investment fund Bailador has upped the value of its stake in soon-to-be-listed hotel booking software company SiteMinder by 21 per cent ahead of the float, after the IPO was underwritten by investment banks UBS, Barrenjoey and Goldman Sachs over the weekend.
