    By the time AGM season rolls around, bad news has usually been baked in. But not at Perth’s APM Human Services.

    On Friday, the largely government-funded employment, aged care and disability services company fell nearly 20 per cent shortly after 1pm. This was around the time chief executive Michael Anghie started speaking, revealing that a world of near-full employment was, well, bad news for unemployment service providers.
