    In two months, former Primary Healthcare CEO Peter Gregg will finally get to face court, after having been accused of two counts of criminally falsifying books and records while at Leighton Holdings (now CIMIC), following an ASIC investigation.

    Gregg has denied the charges, and will argue his innocence come October. By which point he's probably hoping to have settled the sale of his Double Bay trophy home, now being quietly shown off-market by Ray White Double Bay.
