Linkletters value to double, says trust

The new manager of the Agricultural Land Trust says the value of prized rural holding Linkletters Place will more than double once it is returned to grazing and cropping.

The new manager of the ASX-listed Agricultural Land Trust says the value of prized rural holding Linkletter’s Place will more than double once it is returned to grazing and cropping use.

The former Elders-controlled trust was one of the major players in the forestry-managed investment schemes before the dramatic collapse of operators such as Great Southern and Timbercorp resulted in forestry values plummeting.
