Liberal Party sells Victorian HQ for $37.1m

Still in recovery from an election drubbing, the Liberal Party in Victoria will collect a $37.1 million consolation prize with the sale of its long-held Melbourne headquarters at the top end of town.
Initial expectations for the art-deco style building at 104 Exhibition Street were in the $30 million range.
