    Developer Chris Rose has saved Perth’s tallest residential building project, Elevation, from certain liquidation after organising an eleventh hour bid to pay out its financier.

    Mr Rose confirmed to The Australian Financial Review that had he organised a consortium to pay Bank of Scotland International (BOSI) $25 million as liquidators circled his development.
