    The opposition is accusing the Albanese government of “no longer pulling its weight”, cranking up pressure to urgently provide fresh military aid to Ukraine, including fighter jets, tanks and lightly armoured four-wheel-drives.

    In a letter to Foreign Minister Penny Wong and Defence Minister Richard Marles, their opposition counterparts Simon Birmingham and Andrew Hastie warned the government risked damaging Australia’s international reputation if more support was not forthcoming.
