    Palmer seeks to derail criminal cases, again

    Clive Palmer has launched yet another attempt to stymie a criminal case brought against him by the corporate regulator after appeals of the matter were thrown out for being “vexatious”, an “abuse of process” and which the High Court refused to hear.

    Mr Palmer has also launched a separate appeal to derail another criminal matter for a case involving an alleged breach of directors’ duties, after quietly dropping an unusual “human rights” appeal of the same matter last month.
