    Just over half of Australians back Peter Dutton’s prescription for nuclear energy as part of the country’s power mix, according to new polling, but support drops when individuals are asked about a plant in their region.

    New RedBridge polling completed last month asked voters about the opposition leader’s plans for “Australia producing next-generation, zero emissions nuclear energy”.
