    Kenneth Hayne is being an alarmist on climate risk because directors do not have a crystal ball to foresee actual, specific harm, leading company chairman Graham Bradley has said.

    The criticism comes in the wake of a report by law firm Norton Rose Fulbright that reveals a serious disconnect between lawyers and directors on climate risk, amid a rise in climate change legal action.
