    AGL chairman Patricia McKenzie says the boardroom that was forced upon her in “slightly unusual” circumstances last year had agreed on a strategic direction for the energy giant.

    The comments came as Ms McKenzie said the NSW government’s price caps on thermal coal were helping to curb electricity price rises.
