    Platinum in ‘severe organic decay’ after $900m of outflows

    Platinum Asset Management, one of the largest equity investors on the ASX, is in “severe organic decay” after more than $900 million was pulled from its funds last month, according to brokers at Barrenjoey Capital Partners.

    The shares fell 2.6 per cent to a record low of $1.335 in early trade on Friday after Platinum on Thursday evening posted its latest outflow figures.
