Racing Victoria boss resigns after months of shareholder pressure

Racing Victoria chief executive Andrew Jones has resigned after months of intense shareholder scrutiny about the way he ran the state racing authority.

Mr Jones, who served under two chairmen in his time at the helm, said it was the right moment to leave and make way for a new chairman and board of directors.
