Temasek Holdings-backed ShopBack has raised another $US80 million ($124.5 million), taking the total capital raised to $US275 million in four years, as the Singapore-based start-up readies for a possible public float.

65 Equity Partners – a wholly owned investment platform of Singapore state-owned fund Temasek – will take an undisclosed equity stake and a board seat in the shopping and rewards platform founded in 2014.
