    Seven West Media hits out at ASIC's allegations against Harold Mitchell

    Seven West Media has rubbished allegations made by the corporate regulator that former Tennis Australia director Harold Mitchell leaked confidential information to the network during 2013 broadcast rights negotiations.

    The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has not accused Seven of any wrongdoing, but on Monday it launched a Federal Court action against Mr Mitchell, who is also chairman of industry lobby group Free TV, and former Tennis Australia president Stephen Healy.
