    The West Australian billionaire was already a big player in lithium through Mineral Resources’ stakes in the Wodgina and Mt Marion mines, but he went even further last year when he acquired the Bald Hill mine, along with substantial stakes in half a dozen companies developing the next generation of Australian lithium mines.
