The Coalition is experiencing its own moment of schadenfreude in criticising Anthony Albanese’s response to complaints of protest organisers and women rallying against domestic violence at the weekend.

Opposition finance spokeswoman Jane Hume dialled up the faux outrage by suggesting the prime minister had “not so much a tin ear as a wall of concrete”.
