    Competition watchdog chairwoman Gina Cass-Gottlieb says airline delays and cancellations remain higher than normal and the regulator is still being inundated with complaints from angry flyers.

    Bad service by the carriers will be an enforcement priority for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in 2024-25, which will begin with the ACCC’s lawsuit against Qantas in July.
